Marketing Manager

Bree Perlman has over 15 years’ experience providing strategic branding, marketing, and original content in every media form. Before joining BOND, she worked as a consultant to branding firms with clients in numerous industries from real estate to fashion to politics. Prior to that, she helped manage the corporate relocation division at one of the largest real estate firms in the city.

Bree joined BOND five years ago, first as a consultant on some of their major marketing initiatives and then as the Director of Corporate Relocation, securing a contract with the largest third party relocation division in the industry to implement end-to-end housing solutions for their employees’ needs. Her experience in relocation gave her first hand knowledge of what customers and clients expect and need from their real estate firm. She recently stepped into the role of Director of Marketing where she is able to use her client knowledge to implement big picture marketing strategies that directly reflect and respond to the interests, needs and experiences of BOND's clients. She overseas an elite in-house marketing team fluent in both traditional and digital media.She also works closely with agents to build customized marketing campaigns to target and engage their sphere of influence.

Bree has been living and working in New York for over 20 years, receiving her degree from Barnard College, Columbia University. When not at work, she can be found with her family in Central Park, at the MOMA, or walking the city streets looking to stumble on a store, restaurant, or gallery she hasn't yet explored.
