I went to several brokers in the search for my new apartment and they all didn''t come through. When I asked for a 1 bedroom they gave me a studio, when I asked for a certain price they showed me one for 400 dollars more. Or, worst of all, claimed they had nothing to show me. When I spoke to Abby she claimed she could show me several apartments. I was really skeptical as brokers before her had claimed they had no one bedrooms in my price range. But she really came through! She showed me about 8 apartments in 1 day, two of which I really liked, and one that I ended up taking. It was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend her!

Abigail was a better broker than I could have imagined. I had a lot of stipulations that needed to be sorted through and she didn''t hesitate at all to help, work with the landlords, and find my a wonderful apartment.

I would recommend her to anyone searching for a place in NYC.

Eric is passed out on the couch (probably dreaming of approved applications!) so I wanted to take a minute to personally thank you both for how hard you have worked for him, really both of us, over the past week.
