Steepest, cheapest listings to hit Manhattan this week
High: Five fireplaces, Mandarin Oriental pool access. Low: A through-wall air conditioner.

Brown Harris Stevens’ Cathy Franklin and Alexis Bodenheimer had the priciest single-family residential listing to hit the Manhattan market this week with a $43 million penthousecondominium at 1 Central Park West in Lincoln Square. The Trump International pad boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a semi-private elevator, library/media room and a chef’s kitchen, as well as a master bedroom suite with a bathroom decked out in marble and walnut millwork.
Second on the pricey end is a $42.5 million condominium at nearby 25 Columbus Circle, also in Lincoln Square. The 3,582-square-foot, four-bedroom apartment boasts an upgraded kitchen with marble countertops, a master suite with a pass-through walk-in closet and access to the Mandarin Oriental’s concierge service, private gym, spa and pool. Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes have the listing.
Third priciest this week is a $42 million triplex penthouse co-op across the park at 990 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side. The home spans the top three floors of the 14-story building and boasts a private elevator to all floors, five fireplaces with carved mantels, a reception floor with inset marble flooring and 11-foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms. A 13th-floor library is also accessible via staircase, and the master suite holds large walk-in closets and a separate sitting room with a fireplace. The cheapest listing to hit the market this week is a $269,000 studio co-op at 317 East 18th Street in Gramercy Park. The prewar unit features hardwood floors, high ceilings and a black-and-white-tiled bathroom with a cast iron tub. Bond New York’s Angela Britzman has the listing.
The second least expensive unit this week is a $279,000 one-bedroom studio co-op at 100 Park Terrace in Inwood. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been updated, and building amenities include an elevator and garage parking. Robert Kleinbardt of New Heights Realty has the listing.
Third on the inexpensive end is a “cute prewar studio” at 330 East 83rd Street in Yorkville asking $279,500. The unit is located close to the forthcoming Second Avenue subway line and boasts updates like granite kitchen counter tops and a ceramic blacksplash.
