Testimonials

"I met Angela at an open house on a Sunday afternoon, on the very first day I started looking for an apartment to buy. Purchasing an apartment in Manhattan can be quite stressful, but luckily I met Angela. I felt I could always trust her, and rely on her judgment and deep knowledge of New York real estate market. Thanks to Angela, my search for a place was quite a success, as she made it possible for me to buy the apartment I really wanted. "

"Angela helped us a lot in our search for and purchase of our first real home together. It's not just about finding a place,in New York, things move fast (bidding wars) and then very slowly (board approval). She made it much easier and was able to explain things that are unfamiliar to those of us who are relative novices to the world of coops."

Angela Britzman was the greatest ally I could've asked for in New York real estate. She worked tirelessly and swiftly to find an apartment I loved in the neighborhood and price range I needed, then guided me patiently through every step of the purchasing process (solving several daunting complications along the way). Thanks to Angela, I now have a home that greatly exceeds my initial hopes, and I am grateful to her for her expertise and kindness. I've already recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so.
