Melissa Giordano was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchasing process. Since our first meeting at the apartment in Sunnyside she was incredibly transparent about the circumstances regarding other potential buyers and the

She was incredibly obliging about us visiting the apartment as many times as we felt necessary to feel secure in our decision. She also made herself readily available outside normal working hours for times when documents needed to be obtained, as we were interested in getting the deal done as quickly as possible. If we had any
questions about the apartment or process she was always quick to respond.
Because of Melissa’s diligence and responsiveness we were able to close on the
apartment quickly. She even connected us with the building management and super
