Growing up in central Florida, Ethan Duran is an ambitious agent who has been involved with real estate for five years. He began his career as a real estate investor at the age of 14, and graduated from Seminole College with his Business Administration Degree at the age of 18. He now holds investments in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and California. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish empowers Ethan to share his skills with a diverse crowd.

In his free time Ethan, enjoys venturing around the city and enjoying all of the local sights and attractions. He can be found exploring artistic neighborhoods like soho, searching for a good brunch, or working on projects like his sportswear brand, Fire Athletics.

Ethan enjoys many aspects of being an agent, including the opportunities he has to connect with new people, and find them the perfect dwelling. As a resident of the Upper East Side he has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods throughout Manhattan. A strong believer in delivering positive experiences, he works diligently to ensure that every client gets his best work so they come back next time they need help finding their home.
