Abu’s interest for real estate has been sparked from an early age due to having hands-on experience with his family’s dealings in real estate. That spark only intensified further as Abu got older and began to experience the enchanting charm of New York City. The thought of sharing his expertise and passion for New York City motivates Abu on a daily basis, as he looks to find people a place they could truly call home.

Having grown up in three different countries, and moved around frequently, Abu knows the stresses that come with finding a new home, and all the questions that might arise. Abu’s energy and enthusiasm will ensure that your transition process is easy, and smooth. He will not stop until he finds a home that suits your needs, and lifestyle. Being freshly out of college, Abu can also be extremely helpful towards students looking to make the city their campus.

Outside of real estate, Abu enjoys exploring philosophical topics, discussing history and current events, and playing basketball. Aside from English, Abu is also fluent in Kazakh, and Russian. In his downtime you can find Abu on basketball courts of Astoria, or enjoying cuisines of different cultures around the world on 30th avenue.
