A veteran sale and rental agent since 1990, Pasquale started in Greenwich Village then, four years later, ventured on to the rest of Manhattan and is now a very popular and respected name in the sales and rental industry. His focus started with residential sales, rentals and small building management. Over the years, Pasquale has made many clients from European law firms as well as Diplomats; namely The Delegation of the European Commission to the United Nations as well as several foreign Missions and Consulates in helping their expats assigned to live here in New York City for their respective posts to the United Nations. Reference letters are available upon request. He was also successful in having secured accommodations for the former President of the 62nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly. A Recommendation letter from former President Dr. Srgjan Kerim commending Pasquale for his hard work is available upon request. Pasquale had the opportunity to secure housing accommodations for the Finnish Ambassador and Special Adviser to the President of the UNGA and First Committee of the United Nations Security Council Reform in 2007-2008-2009. For his hard work, in 2010 he was invited to be filmed as a cast member portraying himself in the European Documentary film about the Ambassador and Former Presidential Adviser titled ‘In The Shadow of Doubt’ ©2010. His credit for such work is acknowledged on IMDB. Pasquale was also a trusted recipient of referrals from The Division of International Business Affairs for The Office of the Mayor of the City of New York (1994-2001).

Personality and insight: Pasquale is a 4th Generation Italian American, enjoys playing bass guitar since the age of 13, and is a Manhattan resident for over 28 years. His love for travel includes regular visits to Scotland, Italy, Belgium, and Paris. Born and raised in Ozone Park, Queens, Pasquale's love for the Manhattan skyline began at a young age when driving with his parents over the 59th St. Queensborough Bridge to see his Dad perform live in an Oldies Doo-Wop ensemble called The Five Discs for CBS-FM 101.1 Radio hosted by Norm N. Nite and Don K. Reed. When he got his first car he took a summer job with a family friends' Business Brokerage Business as a desk clerk. One day a buyer walked in asking for a particular business, no one else was in the office and since Pasquale knew the files, he pitched one and the buyer bought. This is when his desire for assisting buyers and sellers began. Pasquale is thankful for the ability to live in such a great city while enjoying the first loves of his childhood. Pasquale is a former hospice volunteer for MJHS and continues to be helpful to his community.
