Being a transplant from Toronto, Canada I’ve experienced the need to secure housing for my wife, cat, and myself in Manhattan with a deadline which seemingly advanced quicker than time. Fresh with that exciting adventure, I became licensed as a real estate salesperson in March 2019, with a goal to make the process I went through more seamless for others. Entering the real estate business, I brought with me a decade of experience in sales and management, building excellent client relationships with a commitment to transparency, responsiveness and following through for clients. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce from York University adding to my understanding of the marketplace. The process of renting, purchasing, or selling a home, even as an investment, can be very personal, and as a real estate salesperson and advisor I will actively listen and encourage questions to fully understand your needs and negotiate the best deal for you.
