Yianni is motivated, focused and patient and will take the time necessary to find the right place at the right time for his buyers. For his sellers, he provides a meticulous and thorough approach to pricing and listing their home based on extensive market research. He also provides constant communication with the sellers as their open houses and marketing progresses to ensure they are well informed every step of the way. For both his buyers and sellers, Yianni applies his strong analytical skills and strong negotiating skills to maximum effect.

Yianni's expansive knowledge in the real estate business includes risk analysis and investment strategies. As a young man, he managed campus apartments that were owned by his family. After graduating from college, he began building his own portfolio and purchased an income producing duplex, one that he still owns today. He continued to purchase investment properties and currently owns and manages 14 apartments and a single-family home. He also provides management for an income producing condo.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Yianni holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in real estate finance from The Ohio State University. After starting his professional career in engineering with a focus on nuclear engineering, Yianni shifted to real estate. His roles in real estate have included underwriting, fund management, investor relations with a focus on large multi-family properties across the country. He has also worked on the real estate investor side at a large bank and led a team of asset managers and underwriters to make community development investments.

Yianni currently lives on the Upper West Side and specializes in helping buyers and sellers in this neighborhood. The diversity of NYC, the culture, the access to an endless list of activities, food, outdoor enjoyment, the arts, etc. makes the city special to him. When he’s not working, Yianni enjoys biking, traveling, cooking, the arts and time with friends and family. He volunteers for and supports a number of cancer research and LGTBQ+ organizations.
