I feel extremely lucky to have found Priscilla in what can be a stressful process finding a place to live in Manhattan. She is ultra responsive and her levels of service go above and beyond what I’ve experienced in the past. Priscilla was so wonderful during this whole process of finding an apartment. After a bit of chatting she heard everything we were looking for and just hours later sent us the listing for the apartment we just signed on. Even the process of approval and final execution was made easy and was a celebration. I felt like she was listening and cared and was transparent with each step. Priscilla was beyond helpful in this process of finding my apartment. She was professional and extremely personalized with her handling of the entire process. When I was waiting to hear back about my approval she was there with me every step of the way, including the walk to the post office to get my lease approved! She also helped me out with understanding some rules of moving in when she definitely was not obligated to. I will definitely be referring her to anyone looking to rent and I had an amazing experience.

Priscilla was wonderful! Priscilla was very friendly, warm, professional and responsive to my emails and messages (even when my message came in at off hours). She did a great job showing me the units I was looking at and helping me by doing video walk-throughs and in-person walk-throughs. Priscilla was also flexible in move-in dates and helped work with me to come up with something that worked. Moreover, Priscilla was very helpful in guiding me through the paperwork/forms that need to be completed to move the process forward. Very happy with my experience and I highly recommend Priscilla.
