Aliya went above and beyond for my wife and I. We currently live in Miami, so it made it difficult to do showings for us. Aliya would go to the listing and send us detailed videos - including measurements which was a HUGE help. Because the process was stressful for us, I showed my frustration and Aliya handled that with patience and professionalism. Would 10/10 recommend her and plan on working with her for our next unit!

Aliya was the first Agent I met that I felt comfortable asking any question to. She was informed, honest and her energy was inviting and comforting. It is scary apartment hunting in NYC and some agents put an unconscious pressure on you to apply to an apartment sometimes. I did not feel that with Aliya. Even after I viewed the apartment I had further questions and I emailed the very next day. She responded to my email that same day. That is what convinced me to put my application in to that apartment. Thank You Aliya!!
