Kiran is empathetic, hard-working, and genuinely invested in helping his clients secure their next home. Known for his easy-going disposition, Kiran never pushes his interests on others, ensuring instead that each client feels heard and understood. He is patient and efficient, working hard to provide a sense of solid ground in what can be a difficult and chaotic-seeming process.

Kiran’s own experience moving seven times, across three of the five boroughs, has inspired him to help others on their journey. He enjoys the process of apartment hunting, and the satisfaction that comes with finding the “right” place. At the same time, he very much understands the stressors involved, and strives to keep his clients feeling relaxed, well-informed, and in control of their own real estate journey.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Kiran came to New York City to study writing at Fordham University Lincoln Center. In his free time he also writes and performs songs, and has come to deeply appreciate this very diverse, accommodating city, where everyone can follow their own true interests, and make their own kind of life for themselves.
