Originally from Georgia, Jacob has lived in NYC for over 15 years in different neighborhoods before finally settling in Astoria, Queens, a place he has called home for the last 13 years. He knows the city inside and out and is excited to find his clients not just the right apartment but the perfect neighborhood that will suit their lifestyle.
As a trained actor and singer, Jacob has worked in the entertainment industry for more than 20 years and draws on his ability to hustle and advocate for himself as well as his ability to find quick solutions to obstacles that are thrown his way in his role as a real estate professional.
Jacob is a huge Broadway fan and is the go-to person for recommendations on what to see. He also loves watching college football with his fellow UGA alumni.
