His primary focus is Manhattan, Southside Queens and Long Island with a focus on townhomes and multi-family dwellings. He is an excellent negotiator and treats clients with loyalty and respect. Learning from his own experiences, he understands that real estate transactions can be stressful and he is exceptionally good at staying calm no matter the pressure. He is also a problem solver, with the ability to quickly assess a situation and find a solution.
Prior to becoming a real estate sales professional, Zuhaer had previous careers that were all sales-oriented and resulted in his talking extensively with people and making them feel comfortable in making decisions. Those skills are particularly important to him when it comes to building trust and lasting relationships with his clients.
Originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, he has lived in New York City since he was one-years-old. When not making clients’ real estate dreams come true, he is very active in his community and tutors at his local mosque. He also pursues his hobbies of cars, aerospace and daytrading.
