This area is comprised of urban canyons among luxury high rise buildings in both modern and pre-war European design.  Residential development in FiDi began in the mid-1990s, and many of the properties benefit from modern construction and amenities. Rental buildings and condos are popular for their luxury services and amenities as well as their proximity to many residents’ places of business.
