Ekaterina was incredibly amazing in helping to get my apartment rented, as I was stuck in a long-term lease and required a move out of NYC. Within 24 hours of contacting her, she had professional pictures of the unit done and posted. She kept me apprised of all inquiries and was candid in sharing whom she though was a serious renter and whom were ''browsing''. Moreover, she handle my constant questions with grace and transparency. When she found the right renter, Ekaterina worked tirelessly to help negotiate between me, the renter and the building. In the end she got our apartment rented in about 2.5 weeks - much faster than i could have imagined given the number of units on the market. I recommend her 10/10!
