Ike was super helpful in helping my roommate and I secure our apartment. He was very quickly responsive and always seemed to advocate in our best interest. Would recommend to anyone in search of an apartment.

I had the absolute pleasure to work with Ike on my first apartment search. He was absolutely terrific. Completely professional. Always in touch with me regarding updates to calm my nerves about making my first big move. He always went the extra mile. He acted more like a friend helping a friend, rather than opportunistic salesperson. I would recommend to any friends or colleagues in the future.

I can''t thank Ike enough for all his time and effort in helping my roommate and I find the perfect apartment! Finding an agent who goes above and beyond in all aspects of the process is very rare in my experience. He was always willing to work with our hectic schedules to show us apartments on the dime and his overall demeanor and professionalism was top notch. I will be seeking his assistance once the time comes to move on to another apartment! I can''t thank him enough. Bond NY, you are very lucky to have him on your team.

Ike Ugokwe was very helpful, we found our 1 bedroom in the east village very quickly. He and the co-broker worked out a renovation contract as well. We found our place efficiently and we love it, thanks to Ike.

My wife and I recently relocated to NYC from Texas. We had no idea what the apartment market was like in Manhattan at all. We were told to go through a broker. We were warned being "out of towners" we were still at the mercy of whoever we employed.

We did the research and came across Bond New York''s agent Ike Ugokwe.

Ike took our requirements for a 2 bedroom apartment close to a subway station in our budget.

Lo and behold he found the needle in the haystack! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Plus there was no "hidden clauses or surprises " at the lease signing.

Almost a year later we are still singing the praises of Ike and Bond!

Viva la Ike! Viva la Bond!

I''m writing this review to say that Ike Ugokwe was an ideal agent. He understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond to show me exactly what I''d asked to see, even on a weekend, on short notice. I would certainly recommend him to friends who are looking for an apartment!
