My girlfriend and I had recently decided to move to New York City together. As one can assume, it can be drastically overwhelming moving into a new city you know nothing of, especially a city like New York. He immediately put us at ease in our search and explained the complicated real estate of New York. Terence is an incredibly kind and knowledge professional who helped us when we were lost the most in the big city. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is new to the city or even those who already live here. You won''t be let down!

When it came time for me to find a new apartment, reaching out to Terence B. Jones, for help was the best choice I made. He took all notations of what I was looking for in an apartment and location, and continuously provided me with options, until I found what I was looking for. He was always conscientious of my time, and worked around my schedule. He served as a trustworthy and dependable link between myself and the resident in consideration. Every interaction with Terence was warm, friendly, and accommodating.
