Bruce has over two decades of real estate behind him working tirelessly for buyers and sellers to understand their needs and working tenaciously to achieve their goals. He has a reputation for being focused and a great listener who has the tenacity to overcome any obstacle that might stand between his buyers and sellers and their real estate needs. He is also known for being fun to work with, but serious about results. His clients rely on his ability to communicate every step of the way and be completely transparent about the process.

As a longtime New York resident himself, Bruce is expertly able to guide his clients not just on inventory but also on neighborhoods that would best suit their needs. With his wife, he is raising two amazing daughters and when he’s not working, he spends his time with them--keeping up with their gymnastics, swim team and homework.

In addition to real estate Bruce has had a long career as a professional actor. The arts are an important part of his life and he loves exploring what is happening in the city. In both the entertainment industry and real estate, the importance of building relationships and really connecting with people is a common thread.

Bruce also had success as a leading sales manager for a fitness equipment company and fitness remains an important part of his life. He keeps up with the industry and his personal fitness goals in his free time.

He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in English.
