Real estate has been a passion of William’s (Bill) for many years, beginning at an early age with his involvement in the property development business of a friend-of-the-family. Subsequently, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

His early professional career spans the Pacific including projects in Hawaii, French Polynesia, Saipan and the Philippines. More recently, he worked as Senior Director of Marketing to support real estate sales at The St. Regis Residences in New York and other luxury residential projects in Miami, Scottsdale, and Mexico.

Bill believes that life should always be an adventure, which is why he chooses to live in New York City. An avid traveler (he’s visited more than 35 countries on 6 continents), he thrives on exploring Earth’s vast wonders but always returns home with heightened appreciation for New York – one of the most dynamic cities on the planet.

Bill is an innovative marketing professional and accomplished in real estate sales and marketing. Coupled with his love for the city he is uniquely qualified with broad experience, expertise and integrity which drive his commitment to provide the highest level of service. Today, he is fully engaged in the NYC real estate business where he enjoys the myriad challenges involved with brokering deals and bringing together parties whose differing objectives can be aligned to create synergies that bring value to each party. Whether representing the buyer, seller or investor, he is particularly skilled at negotiating the best value for his client.

Bill lives in Manhattan and is an outdoor sports enthusiast. He’s taught scuba diving in Micronesia, has bicycled from Amsterdam to the South of France and enjoys both summer and winter sports.
