John prides himself on being honest and straightforward. He recognizes that not all customers are the same and works hard to identify their individual needs and desires. With over 25 years of experience in finance, he is good with numbers and can help you analyze all aspects of a transaction. He also has invested in numerous properties which gives him a broad perspective.
John was trained as an attorney but turned to finance early in his career. Prior to joining Bond, he was a Managing Director for an insurance company that guaranteed structured finance securities. He also worked for many years as an analyst for a major rating agency, including a five year stint in London and the Asia/Pacific region.
John loves New York and the rich cultural and entertainment opportunities it has to offer. He is an avid Yankee fan; and with roots in upstate New York, a staunch supporter of the Buffalo Bills.
