Since 1991, Will has combined practical background in sales, information analysis, insight, and education to successfully guide clients to winning outcomes. Born in the Upper East Side, and raised in Stuyvesant town and Turtle Bay, Will is an “experienced” New Yorker. Over the past twenty plus years, Will has closed thousands of rentals, and participated in hundreds of sales in Manhattan. After a brief hiatus from Real Estate where he put his creative talents as a photographer to successful use in the fashion industry, Will joined Manhattan’s BOND New York Properties, LLC. In 2010 because “the team structure of the company, from top management down, and the dedication to customer service is unparalleled”. Will is an expert at Coop board packages, and loves working with every client, from first-time renters to seasoned investors.

When not actively working at finding people the perfect solution to their housing needs, Will is an active artist, published photographer, educator, and soon to be published author of his first children's book, "Jaco's first day out".
