Dennis has adapted and imbued himself with New York City for many years. He was born, raised and completed his undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has also lived and studied abroad in France, Italy and Luxembourg, as well as, Woodstock, New York.
As a longtime Manhattan resident, Dennis has witnessed and engaged in the real estate market of New York, as a resident of rental apartments, as an owner of investment properties and as a board member of a cooperative-apartment building. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from our neighbor, New York University, which prepared him for his previous position in the commercial real estate finance sector of our business. This breadth and depth of first-hand, real property activity has provided him with an understanding of New York housing that is shared by few agents.
Now, he is bringing his experience and extensive market knowledge to residential property sales and rentals to the advantage of our clients with whom he shares his insights and thoughts in order to assist them in their decision making process for renting, purchasing or selling Manhattan properties. Knowing that your choice of a residence is an economical and an emotional decision, Dennis will provide his best effort to help you find a new “home.”
