After a successful eight-year career as a real estate litigator, Sunny Pyun joins Bond as an Associate Broker. Sunny is uniquely skilled to help you through every step of a real estate purchase and sale. As an attorney, she defended her clients in high-liability real estate disputes, arising from all phases of multimillion-dollar projects. Property owners and developers recognized her for her ability to assess and avoid real estate risks. Today, Sunny leverages her experience as an attorney to determine the true value of a real estate transaction and negotiate deals with the best terms for her clients.
Sunny believes listening is one of her best qualities and will give you her undivided attention to understand your needs. She understands the value of the money you’ve earned and will utilize all of her skills to help you invest wisely. As an aspiring writer, she strives to help you write a very important chapter of your life, and write it exceptionally well.
Sunny, a lifelong New Yorker, graduated from MaryMount Manhattan College with an English Literature degree, and Brooklyn Law School. At Bond, she specializes in residential sales and investments. Charity work is also very important to her, and she is a board member of The Acts Ministry and The Princess Chambers, non-profit organizations that serve needy families.
A natural competitor and former bicycle messenger in college, Sunny hopes to race in the Tour de France one day. Sunny is fluent in Korean.
