Anthony Tricarico is a proud New York native who was born and raised in Brooklyn. He has an intimate knowledge of many Brooklyn and Manhattan communities from being a resident in Park Slope, Midwood, the East Village and Union Square.

In 1989, while attending New York University, Anthony joined Podell, Rothman, Schechter & Banfield to help develop their Research and Appraisal Unit. It is here that his love affair with real estate and its intricacies began. During his tenure with the firm he continued his education, completing NYU’s two-year Real Estate Appraisal Certification.

His vast knowledge regarding real estate were a springboard for beginning his own Real Property Tax Consulting Business, Tricarico Inc. With over 17 years experience in Real Estate property valuation, research and assessment work with the City of New York and a law firm specializing in Real Estate Tax Law, Anthony possesses an expertise and dedication that make him uniquely qualified to offer clients and customers the professionalism they deserve.
