Before entering the real estate business, Gerard worked in academia and in film?related cultural

Spanish & Latin American culture in colleges in New York, Minnesota, and Florida. A cinephile, art
enthusiast, and music lover, Gerard spends a good deal of his free time visiting museums and art
galleries, checking out the latest foreign and independent movie releases, or going to concerts and
opera performances. Having lived for many years in Spain, he is completely fluent in Spanish. He can
also speak French and Italian and has traveled extensively through Europe and Latin America.
