Wayne Wilkins, AKA Amar Pep is a producer, writer, arranger, recording engineer, and CEO of Ivy League Entertainment. He received an award for the best original score for a documentary called “THE BLACK PICKETT FENCE” at the Fifth Brooklyn International Film Festival in 2002. He worked with well known artists such as Wycleef, Kenneth Crouch, Umar Bin Hasan from THE LAST POETS, Kool G Rap, B. Collier, Amar Khalil, The Late Great J. Spencer and more.
Wayne is of Panamanian decent and speaks Spanish as a second language. His interest in real estate developed reading the New York Times’real estate section. His motto is: “once you know how to do something with your eyes closed it’s time to diversify your portfolio”.
Wayne realized being a good real estate agent is very much like being a good producer/recording engineer; A lot depends on listening carefully to your client needs. Wayne makes it his mission to thoroughly listen and educate every client he comes in contact with allowing the client to feel completely involved in the process.
“Make your next move your best move – when you work with Wayne Wilkins as your agent”.
