Gianna joined Bond fresh off of a highly successful career as the head of Human Resources for one of the largest retail distribution companies on the east coast, where she maintains an active position. As an executive responsible for hiring more than 3000 people, she has the confidence and savvy to get the job done efficiently and effectively. She is a customer service aficionado and approaches each endeavor with selfless dedication.
Gianna was born into a family with a penchant for real estate investment. She worked closely with her family since she was a child as they bought and sold numerous properties. Originally licensed in 1994, Gianna is no newcomer to real estate sales. She is intimately familiar with the nuances of Manhattan neighborhoods and has a sixth sense when it comes to working with others to alleviate their anxieties and achieve their dreams.
"I have been through the process many times, as an agent and as a customer. In order to be successful in this profession, you need to understand and appreciate your roles. An agent is both a student and a teacher, someone who must first listen and learn, then guide and facilitate. Wedding the right people to the right properties is an art."
Gianna graduated from Seton Hall University in 1993 where she majored in Business. In her precious spare time, she volunteers for a number of charitable organizations devoted to nurturing and educating children with special needs.
