Bond offers career opportunities for licensed real estate agents at every level of their experience and growth. Licensees can work in Residential Sales, Rentals, or Commercial divisions, and many agents choose to work in more than one field. In 2010 we launched BOND University in order to provide training, support and sustainability for all BOND agents.
New licensees begin their careers at BOND on teams which are designed to supply the new agent with hourly support, information, and front line real world training under the supervision of longtime Team Leaders and Mentors. New agents also have the chance to enroll in BOND University's two-week intensive orientation classes, which provide the ideas and information needed to work in the real world from their first few days in the business. Classes are held weekday mornings, and agents spend the remainder of their professional day working with their Team Leaders.
Experienced agents have the option of exploring BOND's team environment or working independently. Ongoing education is offered through BOND University, including optional company seminars and panel discussions, technology training and regularly scheduled office meetings. There is also an ongoing training program designed for prospective team leaders, where successful agents glean the management and leadership skills necessary to supervise their own teams.
Sales Agents benefit from three highly seasoned Directors of Sales who offer daily leadership and weekly training in the coop, condo and townhouse market. From beginner orientation through advances sales training, BOND offers its agents lots of options for their professional growth and development.
