Diana Diaz joined as director of sales. She was vice president of corporate operations at Akam Associates.

Benjamin Hayden joined as a sales associate. He had been at the Corcoran Group.

Linda Birenbach joined as associate broker in residential sales and rentals. Shana Altstaetter joined as director of operations.

Anthony McElroy joined as managing director of acquisitions. He had been vice president and director of acquisitions at the Albanese Organization.

John Santora was promoted to chief operating officer. Christopher Lowery was promoted to CEO of global capital markets and principal activities. Tony Marano was named CEO of the Americas. John Travers was named CEO of Europe. Michael Thompson was named CEO of Asia. Eric Lewis and Mark Capasso were appointed co-leaders of the Valuation Services National Hospitality and Gaming Industry Group. JoAnn Stock joined as a senior director in the Midtown office. She had been a senior leasing representative in Shorenstein Co.'s New York City office.

Arthur Spitalnick joined as managing director. He had been at Adams & Co.

Manhattan Mortgage Company
Tina Blakeman and Ellen Liebowitz joined as managing directors. They brought their respective teams, which total 12 brokers, from GuardHill Financial Corp.

John Barrett joined the Manhattan office as sales director in the Westchester County division. Carlos Matos, who has worked as a sales director, will take on a new role as sales manager. Michael Morabito joined the firm as an associate working exclusively in Staten Island. Rita Elona joined the Manhattan office as a senior accountant.

Richard Sexton was named director of global business development. He will work out of the firm's Manhattan headquarters. He served as the global liaison for Grubb & Ellis and Knight Frank's five-year alliance.

Edward Beyer was appointed chief lending officer and executive vice president.

Timothy Quinlan was named a partner in the firm founded by his father, Robert Quinlan. The company had been known as Quinlan & Field.

Greg Kirschenbaum was promoted to vice president. He will keep his current title, director of regional operations.

Tom Beissel was named general manager of the Lincoln Building. He is currently property manager for 250 West 57th Street.
