The second and third priciest listings are both in a condominium building at 2150 Broadway on the Upper West Side. The first, a 10-bedroom, 7,100-square-foot, triplex penthouse with a 2,600-square-foot terrace, features a fireplace and hot tub, while the second is slightly smaller at 6,800 square feet. The apartments, priced at $22.67 million and $18.64 million respectively, are both listed with Shlomi Reuveni of the Brown Harris Stevens Select team.
The least expensive property to hit the market this week is a 600-square-foot studio in an elevator building at 675 Academy Street in Inwood, asking $190,000. Eliety Lopes and Jospeh Grosso of ArdorNY have the listing.
The second and third cheapest listings are both co-op units in a Central Harlem building at 100-106 West 141st Street, asking $190,000 and $195,000. Both properties, which are listed with Karla Carrington of Bond New York, are three-bedroom units. -- Katherine Clarke
