The priciest property at 19 East 82nd Street and the cheapest at 675 Academy Street
The priciest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a 10,683-square-foot, renovated Beaux Arts mansion at 19 East 82nd Street, asking $34.8 million. As The Real Deal previously reported, the mansion came online after its owner, the popular Adelson Galleries, announced it would be relocating to another Upper East Side space. Nicholas Judson, Stuart Ellman and Helene Fagan of Judson Realty have the listing.

The second and third priciest listings are both in a condominium building at 2150 Broadway on the Upper West Side. The first, a 10-bedroom, 7,100-square-foot, triplex penthouse with a 2,600-square-foot terrace, features a fireplace and hot tub, while the second is slightly smaller at 6,800 square feet. The apartments, priced at $22.67 million and $18.64 million respectively, are both listed with Shlomi Reuveni of the Brown Harris Stevens Select team.

The least expensive property to hit the market this week is a 600-square-foot studio in an elevator building at 675 Academy Street in Inwood, asking $190,000. Eliety Lopes and Jospeh Grosso of ArdorNY have the listing.

The second and third cheapest listings are both co-op units in a Central Harlem building at 100-106 West 141st Street, asking $190,000 and $195,000. Both properties, which are listed with Karla Carrington of Bond New York, are three-bedroom units. -- Katherine Clarke
