Former NFL quarterback turned radio personality Boomer Esiason could be touching down in a new downtown pad.

Esiason, who played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Jets and Arizona Cardinals during his 14-season NFL career and is now co-host of WFAN’s “Boomer and Carton in the Morning,” was spotted apartment hunting at 15 Union Square West. Units at the luxury condo building include a 1,560-square-foot, $3 million one-bedroom and a 2,659-square-foot, $4.35 million three-bedroom.

Residents at 15 USW include tennis pro Caroline Wozniacki and PayPal/Facebook billionaire Peter Thiel. The units are in a former Tiffany & Co. building, which has been redone by star interior designer Vicente Wolf. Residences are a mix of old-world and modern, with cast-iron arched windows in the ultra-glassy building.

Actor/restaurateur Timothy Hutton, in a low-key outfit including jeans and a skullcap, was spotted touring properties in SoHo.Hutton place

One unit that piqued his interest was a one-bedroom, one-bathroom loft co-op at 132 Greene St. The $1.795 million unit features key-locked elevator access, 13-foot ceilings, original metal columns, exposed brick and an “industrial chic” chef’s kitchen.

The co-op is zoned as a live/work space.

Hutton, an Oscar winner who’s now starring on TNT’s “Leverage,” is also one of the owners of the P.J. Clarke’s restaurant chain.

Listing broker Holly Sose of City Connections Realty declined to comment.

Corcoran sale, literally

Real estate legend Barbara Corcoran — who sold her Corcoran Group firm for $66 million in 2001 — and her husband, Bill Higgins, just sold a first-floor co-op at 1192 Park Ave. for its $450,000 asking price. The one-bedroom unit, with a windowed bath and built-in bookshelves, faces a courtyard and is next to a service elevator. Corcoran also owns a bigger, high-floor unit in the Rosario Candela-designed building.

And yes, Corcoran — now an entrepreneur alongside Mark Cuban on ABC’s “Shark Tank” — used a Corcoran Group broker, Edith Salton, to sell her first-floor apartment.

British violinist Vanessa-Mae Vanakorn Nicholson, whose musical style is self-described “techno-acoustic fusion,” has more classic taste when it comes to New York apartments.

Known professionally as just Vanessa-Mae, the musician was seen visiting an apartment at the Parc Vendome, a landmarked building on West 56th Street.

Vanessa-Mae, who was spotted with Bond New York broker Jesse Buckler, saw an alcove studio listed for $565,000. It includes an open, renovated kitchen, a sleeping alcove and a large walk-in closet.

Buckler and Corcoran Group listing broker Noble Black declined to comment.

TriBeCa is lil’ Brazil

Olá, New York. Brazilian soap-opera star Murilo Benício is coming to town.

The actor is in contract for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, $1.95 million condo at 25 Murray St. in TriBeCa. The 1,842-square-foot residence includes 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick and an island kitchen with stainless-steel appliances.

The building is popular with actors. Residents include Steven Pasquale from “Rescue Me” and Dylan Walsh from “Nip/Tuck.” Benício, slated to portray a soccer player in a new Brazilian soap opera, is perhaps best known for his role in the film “Woman on Top” with Penelope Cruz.

Listing broker Bernice Leventhal of the Corcoran Group declined to comment.

$22M parkside palace

Keith Monda, the former president of handbag company Coach, has finally sold his fabulous 1887 mansion at 247 Central Park West, for $22.375 million. That’s far less than his original $32 million asking price, in 2010, but not too shabby, considering Monda bought it from Abigail Disney — Walt’s grand-niece — in 2006 for $15.5 million.

The 12,270-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-plus bathroom home — one of the few remaining single residences on CPW — boasts a 60-foot lap pool, double-height ceilings and gallery-size walls for art, as well as a media room, gym, massage area, roof terrace, elevator and Zen garden.
