The priciest home to hit the Manhattan market this week is a condominium penthouse located at 166 Perry Street with an asking price of $25 million, according to Sara Dai and James Flowers at Douglas Elliman have the listing for the 6,845-square-foot home, which has three bedroom and 5.5 bathrooms. The listing says the home’s interior is partially completed and the unit is delivered as-is.

The next most expensive listing this week is for a townhouse at 340 West 12th Street in the West Village, which has a $19 million ask. Peter McCuen at Peter McCuen & Associates has the listing. The home measures 24.5 feet in width and 6,200 square feet. The home is five stories tall and has seven bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Theowner of this property appears to be a company headed by designer Tory Burch’s ex-husband, as The Real Deal reported.

Douglas Elliman has the week’s third priciest listing — this one for a 5,308-square-foot condo penthouse at the Azure, located 333 East 91st Street at First Avenue. Ammanda Espinal and David Greczek have the listing, which has a $13 million asking price. The home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 11-foot ceilings. The unit also occupies the whole floor.

Dexter Neblett and Claudine Chappell at Bond New York have the week’s least expensive listing — a Central Harlem co-op located at 2088 Madison Avenue. The asking price for the one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit comes in at $140,000. The home has hardwood floors and 11.5-foot ceilings.

Head farther south to the week’s next cheapest listing, which is located at 340 East 83rd Street in Yorkville. Frances Rickard at City Connections Realty has the listing for the 440-square-foot studio co-op, which has a $225,000 ask.

This week’s third least expensive home is also a studio co-op. Located at 320 East 42nd Street, the co-op home has a $250,000 asking price. Elliot Adler at Trump International Realty has the listing. — Zachary Kussin
