Greenpoint Gets Luxury Condos
The latest project of NY Bridge and its principal, Krzysztof Rostek, is a boutique condominium at 185 India St., near McGuinness Boulevard, a six-story building with eight units.
One of its those is described as “incredible” by Fernanda Forman, managing director of Bond New York, the real estate brokerage that has the exclusive on sales and marketing.
“There is a two-bedroom duplex penthouse with double exposures, 17-foot ceilings and three large outdoor spaces,” Forman said. “One is a 500-square-foot private roof deck with a hot tub and of the two additional terraces, one measures 270 square feet and has amazing views of the Manhattan skyline.”
The design is by Wieslawa Majran of Co.De Consulting & Design in Ridgewood, N.Y., who Rostek said he has worked with on other projects.
According to Forman, the eight one- and two-bedroom units are priced from $379,000 to $999,000 and range in size from approximately 525 square feet to more than 1,000 square feet. The building is projected to be completed in the spring.
Amenities in the pet-friendly apartments include oak hardwood floors, oversized windows, city views from certain units, crown moldings throughout, washer/dryer hookups, outdoor spaces, working fireplaces, gourmet kitchens and spa-style bathrooms.
New owners will be offered a certain amount of customization regarding finish choices and upgrades, according to Forman.
“185 India St. brings a unique intimate residential experience to Greepoint’s vibrant historic area, one of the most desired residential destinations in Northern Brooklyn,” said Forman “This classic condo will provide the best of both worlds, big city living combined with small town charm.
