Giovanni Santana joined Bond Real Estate in 2013 working as a rental agent in the high volume and fast paced New York City market. His former position as a Manager/Tax Preparer gave him years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. Although buying, selling or renting a place is exciting, it still can come with stress. Giovanni uses the knowledge from 4 years of tax seasons for H & R Block to help his clients realize the importance of good record keeping and understand how home ownership affects their tax status.

After graduating from The College of Westchester with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, his interest and passion for the Real Estate Industry led him to study at NY Real Estate Institute and become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He regularly invests in additional courses to sharpen his skills.

Giovanni pays attention to every detail and uses clear, timely and honest communication with each and every one of his clients. His interest in interior design helps him envision how to turn any space into your dream apartment.

On his free time, Giovanni loves doing outside activities such as, biking, camping, playing sports, snowboard, run charity marathons etc.
