Before joining Bond, Kristina was a flight attendant for American Airlines for many years where she learned the importance of providing positive customer service as well as the importance of responding honestly to customers’ questions and expectations. During her tenure with American Airlines she received a number of Professional Flight Attendant Awards and consistently received positive feedback from passengers as a result of her communication skills.

Kristina loves to travel and has been to many interesting and diverse destinations around the world, which has given her an understanding of, and appreciation for, many different cultures. She loves being outdoors and also likes to experience the cultural and artistic diversity that New York has to offer. She loves animals and if your family includes a dog or kitty (or any other non-human), she will do whatever it takes to find a suitable residence for your family, however large or small.

Kristina is a homeowner herself, and lives in lower Manhattan near the East River with her cats, Suki and Yaki. She knows first-hand how the process can be emotional and stressful, and exhilarating at the same time. As a result she is uniquely qualified to lead both buyers and sellers through the process as painlessly as possible.
