I have never come across such an extraordinary, hardworking, and effective agent as Nicole. I sought to list a 1 bedroom apartment for rent in Tribeca and came across her after seeing she rented another apartment in my building in the middle of the pandemic. Nicole was able to get the unit rented in just about a month, while similar units in the same building have remained still available for months. Nicole also provided a "one-stop shop" and was able to connect me with hardworking and effective contractors who renovated the unit for the next tenant. Nicole was a true pleasure to work with, and is a true professional.
