Relocating from Los Angeles to New York, I had a lot of questions. Shane was amazing to work with from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted and made a point to only show me apartments that reflected my wish list, including my budget. His knowledge of the market was impressive. He helped me understand how to look at listings and pointed out the benefits and challenges of each place he showed me. He was organized, responsive, and he communicated with me through out the process. His confidence and enthusiasm were a great antidote to my concerns about diving into the market here. He knows how to work with clients. He anticipated many of my questions and walked me through each stage of the process. In the end, he helped me find the place of my dreams. I highly recommend him.

Shane was an absolutely exemplary agent to work with. He was attentive, responsive, and so considerate to my wants and needs. Moving across the country is already a daunting task and Shane made the process of finding and applying for an apartment as stress free as possible. Between his delightful disposition and his sincere enthusiasm for helping me find the perfect new home, I couldn''t possibly be more satisfied with my experience. His interpersonal skills are exceptional and his approach to representing his clients is superb. All in all, Shane is a phenomenal agent work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
