Alyssa ensures both her sellers and buyers are taken care of throughout their entire real estate journey. From the moment she meets her client, she communicates thoroughly with her clients and works to provide them with an exemplary experience that feels effortless and stress free.

Alyssa is known for noticing the small details that others might not grasp. These finer details have been key to closing a deal successfully. She also has a reputation for being a strong negotiator and someone who finds solutions quickly and effectively to any type of problem. She works tirelessly on behalf of her clients while maintaining a positive attitude. Ultimately, she seeks to build long-lasting relationships with her buyers and sellers.

Before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Professional, Alyssa worked in the industry in different capacities including roles in property management and investment. Her experience in these areas of the industry provide her clients with additional insight into their real estate transactions. Alyssa’s knowledge and experience within the real estate industry ranges from the ins and outs of purchasing for personal use to navigating the complexities of 1031 exchanges.

In addition to her professional real estate experience, Alyssa also has professional experience working in the marketing and public relations arena. Her marketing skills are an additional bonus to her sales clients who can trust that she will identify the best ways to position their property and how to optimize the necessary marketing platforms to make sure the most qualified candidates are viewing it.

Originally from the Lower East Side, Alyssa currently lives in New Jersey and is in the process of obtaining a Leadership and Management degree at Rutgers Business School. Having spent half her life in New York City before moving to New Jersey and now traveling back and forth for both work and leisure, Alyssa still finds there to be no other city like NYC in the world.

When not assisting her real estate clients and studying for her latest degree, Alyssa loves horseback riding and playing volleyball. She has also always found volunteering incredibly rewarding and has volunteered as a student mentor for elementary students, has been a Teacher Assistant for Livingston Chinese School and has been a mentor for disabled students at a Summer Camp for Senior, Youth and Leisure Services. She was also part of a service-learning program where she mentored and tutored children from low-income housing families in Massachusetts.
