Tom recently helped me find a place in New York as an emigrant from another country with a very different rental market. Tom was excellent to work with and made the process highly efficient, which was greatly appreciated given my busy schedule and limited downtime. He showed great knowledge of the areas we were interested in and helped guide me through various aspects of considering where in the City would be a great fit. Even with no US credit score Tom was able to help me find a great rental unit within the discussed price range that checked all of the boxes including location, unit features, square footage and building amenities. Tom made himself very available and worked around the clock to help me find a place within a short window of a few days while I was visiting the city. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone else looking to find a great place to live in New York City

I couldn''t have asked for a better agent during my relocation to New York City. Not only was Tom extremely resourceful and attentive, but also just straight up super friendly and fun to work with. There were listings I had tried to contact for weeks on my own with no success, but as soon as I started working with Tom he was able to get tours on those same listings in a matter of hours. Tom never stopped impressing me with his knowledge of the city, and undoubtedly I would never have found such a perfect home for my partner, my dog and myself without his help. Thanks for everything!

I had been looking for an apartment for a few weeks and was having a lot of difficulties. During those weeks I came into contact with a few brokers and felt that I couldn’t trust any of them. By a stroke of luck, I got in touch with Tom. From the get go, I could tell that he was completely honest with us while quickly guiding us through the application process. On a random Sunday he put in a lot of work to secure our apartment and made himself available to answer any questions at any time. Tom, in my opinion, is incredibly trustworthy and he was the only broker that made finding an apartment in New York City feel easy.

We have one world for Tom: Awesome! He is the best Agent we've ever worked with. From the beginning, he contacted us to understand our requirements. He came up with some choices very quickly, and we gave him feedback. He immediately understood what we were looking for, and it wasn't an easy task because we are first-movers in NYC. He was available at all times through mail, SMS, and phone. Answered our questions very quickly. We arranged to see more than ten units on a Saturday. We felt entirely supported by Tom at every opportunity. You can see that he loves helping people and looking for solutions as if they were for himself. We checked a few more units on Sunday and revisited our top #3. His advice was very valuable. Of course, he let us choose and didn't rush us, but he shared his sincere point of view when asked. He continues helping us during the leasing signing and after. We appreciate Tom's professionalism, good disposition, and good vibe. Tom was an outstanding realtor and made the process of viewing and leasing on an apartment very easy. My roommate and I kept interacting with unresponsive and even rude realtors in our attempts to find the right place, but Tom was very kind, very understanding, and readily available. I was only able to view apartments after work during the week and Tom was the only realtor willing to set up a showing after work hours and went out of his way to show me places. My roommate and I are very happy about the place we found and couldn''t have done it without Tom!

Tom was the best broker I had the chance to work with during my apartment search in New York City! Given how quickly the market has been moving and my inability to visit New York City to look at the apartment in person, I was mostly going off videos for several properties. Tom was actually the only broker who not only provided a video that was incredibly in depth compared to others I had received (he went through, explained parts of the properties and the width/lengths of rooms), but actually offered to go in person and do a virtual FaceTime showing. After, he was extremely communicative and friendly making the process so much easier. It was amazing getting to work with him after the brokers I encountered through this stressful process! Will undoubtedly be referring him to any friends and family that are moving into the area!
