Her ultimate goal is to make the process as smooth as possible for each client.

Naoko takes her responsibilities to heart, putting herself in her clients’ shoes and thinking through not just every aspect of what they are looking for in a home but also the many aspects of their lifestyle. She then works to find a home that fits both their home criteria and their lifestyle needs.

For her sellers, she commits herself to their process by keeping them informed on current market conditions, working with them closely to price their home and then using every appropriate resource to ensure their home reaches the best and most qualified buyers. She is strategic and innovative and is always mindful of how important timing is when it comes to successfully getting a client’s home on the market and sold.

Naoko is known for her honesty and straightforward approach to working with her clients. She discloses any information she obtains as quickly as possible. She is completely transparent and stays on top of every step of the real estate process. She has a reputation for being honest and for being able to quickly grasp issues and address them promptly. She is able to move her clients forward using informed and educated information.

Naoko has had a successful career as a Digital Media Manager and has also taught Japanese in Brooklyn. For her, being a real estate professional is most in line with her teaching position and the skills she has mastered of communicating and educating students to help better their lives.

Originally from Tokyo, Japan, Naoko graduated with a double major in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has been living in NY since 2008. She has lived in the East Village, Financial District, and Midtown West. She currently lives in the Bronx. She has been drawn to the diversity, energy and life the city has to offer since she first arrived in 2008. The cultural access is something she savors in the only city in the world where you can have Italian prosciutto on one street and then get Ramen a block away. One of Naoko’s favorite things to do is attend a weekly concert at Juilliard
