Arlene has over a decade of experience in real estate, working as a Housing Manager at four supportive housing buildings in the Bronx. She has cultivated interpersonal skills working as a Real Estate Professional and excels at negotiating challenging deals, overcoming obstacles that arise and educating her clients in order to help them make the most informed decisions that will best suit their needs.

Arlene is valued by her clients for her optimistic approach to even the most difficult circumstances. With a background in psychology, she is acutely aware of the many different personalities that come into play and how people respond under stressful situations. She is skilled at recognizing individual strengths and potential stressors in others and working to maintain a calm and peaceful experience throughout. She is an excellent listener and communicator and her clients appreciate the relationships they build with her.

Born and raised in New York, Arlene knows the city inside and out. She is able to advise her clients on not only the best inventory match but also the best neighborhood to suit their lifestyle.

Arlene’s commitment to her real estate career is unwavering. In an effort to increase her knowledge and provide an even greater level of service to her clients, Arlene is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Fordham University.
