Christian takes a warm, friendly approach to helping his clients with their needs. He prides himself on giving delicate, responsive and thoughtful attention to his clients, providing them with expert market knowledge and important insight on every aspect of their real estate transaction. Christian builds lasting relationships with his clients, built on trust and transparency.

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate professional, Christian worked as a real estate photographer and learned important aspects of marketing and advertising properties. He is also a designer, he is passionate about finding creative solutions to social issues through design intervention. Both of these fields, and the skills he has acquired from them, are invaluable additions to his real estate profession.

Originally from New Haven, CT, Christian fell in love with the city at an early age, going as often as he could. He set his sights on being able to live and go to school here, and made his dream a reality during the pandemic. His experience renting three different apartments gave him a firsthand understanding of the many stresses that an individual can experience. He prides himself on being able to put himself in his clients’ shoes and treats each experience as if it was his own. Since moving to New York, Christian has become an avid culture and restaurant explorer, and loves to recommend the best tacos, picnic spots, and best places to get a slice of pizza. He also loves to take his camera out and sightsee. His favorite view of the city is through the eyes of a tourist, especially in the spring and summer, when he takes full advantage of the many green spaces the city has to offer.

Christian specializes in rentals in the East Village, Gramercy, Murray Hill, the West Village, Greenwich Village and the Lower East Side.
