Nicholas brings his creativity and enthusiasm to every real estate journey. His clients depend on his determination and persistence as well as his humor and optimism to get them through what can often be a stressful experience. Nicholas is a true collaborator and a great listener and leads with respect and professionalism. He understands that home is a special place and believes that a client’s apartment search should be just as great a memory as it is a transaction.
As a graduate of The Juilliard School with a BFA in Dance, Nicholas is also a director, choreographer, dancer, and dance educator with a passion for safe, efficient, innovative, and inspired creative processes. His career in the theater has taught him resilience and what it means to be unafraid to fail.
Originally from Central Massachusetts, Nicholas has lived in New York City for 13 years and knows the city very well. He has lived in his current neighborhood, Prospect Lefferts Gardens in Brooklyn for the last four years and loves his neighborhood.
When he’s not assisting his real estate clients, performing on stage in New York or on tour, he teaches theater jazz in The Joffrey Ballet School’s Jazz & Contemporary Trainee program and is a dance coach for MTCA (Musical Theatre College Auditions). He also likes to spend his time crafting, cooking and with his cat, Jackpot.
