Alexander is determined to find his clients their dream place. A natural people-person, he spends time getting to know each individual client before starting their search. He spent many years in the hospitality industry and having worked with companies to relocate clients he understands how stressful any real estate journey can be. His years of experience helped him develop an intuitive nature, whereby he can truly pinpoint what his clients need.

Alexander pays careful attention to every detail that goes into a transaction and makes sure every piece of information is accounted for. The people he works with appreciate his work ethic as well as his transparency and honesty.

Originally from Russia, he attended the University in Wisconsin and received a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. He spent several years making regular, extended-stay trips to New York and finally decided to settle here. He knows first-hand how stressful finding a home in the city can be and he does whatever it takes to ensure his clients’ experience is stress free.

In addition to seeking out the vibrant diversity and exciting food scene the city offers, Alexander uses his free time pursuing photography, walking in parks/trails, or going to the beach in summer.
Alexander speaks English and Russian fluently.
