She did a most thorough and professional job of analyzing the market, preparing the sales materials, dealing with the various prospective purchasers and, perhaps most challenging, winning over the managing agent AKAM and the Board of the co-op. She was invariabley cheerful and upbeat while being laid back and understated to accommodate the styles of various prospective purchasers, yet presistent when relevant.
