Brian is/was amazing! He fully understood my situation and my needs. I was very picky about the area and the size of the apt however my status was not easy as other people. I was once a realtor before so I know how hard to deal with people like me. Brian was very patience and he knew what I exactly wanted. I didn''t have to repeat myself. He found a great apt in the area where I wanted! I will definitely recommend Mr. Payne to my people.

Brian Payne was amazing! So kind and honest about each apartment. He was resourceful and always had a smart and honest answer to our questions. He laid out our instructions clearly when it came time to put paperwork in and had the perfect balance between pushing us to be on time but not pressuring us. Also he was incredibly responsive! I worked with Brian Payne to find an apartment in Hamilton Heights. He was incredibly helpful in sharing details of the neighborhood and knew about all of the available apartments in my price range.
