head in any situation; these are some of the qualities Charlotte’s colleagues often attribute
to her. What makes a great agent? Charlotte believes it’s a combination of real time market
knowledge, hard work and putting your client’s needs first. “When clients engage a broker
they are typically challenged with a problem they cannot solve on their own .i.e. I need to
spend less, I need more space, I want a better neighborhood - and sometimes all three. My
job is to solve that problem. My job is to do what my client could not do on their own and
that is what I deliver.”

Born and raised in Germany, Charlotte came to New York in 2005 for an 8 month internship
and never looked back. In 2009 she completed university in Germany and relocated to NYC
where she currently resides in Greenwich Village with her husband John and their cat Bing.

Charlotte attributes her parents for instilling a strong sense of moral values in her. Being
a person of integrity and honor was an important benchmark in her child hood home and
it is a big part of who she is today. Recently Time Out Magazine cited these qualities in an
article that names her as one of Manhattans most trustworthy brokers.

When Charlotte isn’t working you can find her; spending time with her husband, practicing
yoga, planning a trip to an exotic locale, hiking in one of New York’s majestic state parks or

I worked with Charlotte Datri with in Bond. I was looking to close on an apartment from abroad and Charlotte assisted me with this in long-distance. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, she understood immediately what i was looking for and within one day of viewings i had already seen two options i was considering.

I felt I could completely trust Charlotte and that there is full transparency.

We worked with two brokers, Charlotte Datri and Jeremy Bilgre. Both were extremely professional and listened to our requirements. They showed us a number of apartments, in all of which I could have lived quite happily! On a day-to-day, I liaised with Charlotte, who was a pleasure to spend time with. As a fellow European, she understood the needs of someone new moving to the city and was always keen to share helpful hints and tips. She truly is an excellent realtor and I felt that she took time to listen and respond to my reactions to apartments. The apartment we eventually took is beautiful, well-located and perfect for us.

After working with an assortment of real estate agents in the city I finally came across Charlotte Datri, who helped me locate my latest rental property in the city. She was different from the very start of our relationship. She listened to my needs, wants and desires. She never gave me the feeling that I was a nuisance or a bother to her. Charlotte was always professional, yet attentive. She was always hard working yet pleasant. Always returning my calls in a timely fashion, she worked in my best interest. Finally, to top it all off, she helped us navigate a very cautious and demanding Landlord. It goes without saying that whenever I have real estate needs in the future I will be coming to Charlotte to help me with them.

I just got relocated to NYC with my job, and while I didn't know the city well, I did know exactly the type of place I was looking for. As soon as I met Charlotte, she listened to my requirements and needs, and sent me listings that met my requirements perfectly! She took the stress out of filtering through thousands of listings. Throughout the search process Charlotte was amazing with follow-up -- she was thorough with her answers to my questions, and was always so open and friendly. When I met her to look at the properties, she was absolutely wonderful -- professional, knowledgable, and most of all, honest and ethical. Within one afternoon of looking at properties, Charlotte found my DREAM apartment - just like I had laid out for her in my initial email. She not only made the application process easy and stress-free, she also provided me so many tips about my new neighborhood since she knew I was new to NYC. Charlotte is by far the most professional, honest, detail-oriented and conscientious broker I have ever worked with, and I would recommend her to all of my friends (and I'll definitely use her if I move again in the city).
