I absolutely loved working with Joseph Counts. He was like working with a real person, not typical to brokers I''ve met other places. He genuinely wanted to find me the right home, that had everything I was looking for, that was in my budget. Both he and Charles Munroe were amazing and I will recommend them to friends and coworkers!

I had a great time working with my brokers, Joseph Counts & Charles Munroe. They helped me find an apartment that met requirements and were extremely efficient with time and paperwork. We had outstanding communication via ail and phone correspondence. I enjoyed searching with them and they definitely made the process of finding an apartment simple and convenient. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends who are looking to rent an apartment in New York City.

Your agent Charles Munroe has been very attentive, courteous and kind. He understood our requirements quickly and working with Joseph Courts was able to show us 6 places which were close to satisfying our requirements. Unfortunately, none of them were perfect. Understandably so, he felt the need to back off and not force us to make up our mind among the already shown.
