Judy Stepeck is an expert in the area she works -- New York City. Born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, she is as native as they come, and as sensitive and empathetic to her clients needs as any agent you will meet.

Judy has worked in many client relationship businesses where service is paramount, including retail, hospitality and marketing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from CW Post LIU, and has always gravitated towards roles that involve helping people.

Since entering real estate several years ago, Judy has continued to demonstrate her outstanding service and interpersonal skills. She is patient, respectful, loyal and responsive, which are so important in an agent you can trust. "Know your product, listen to your clients and meet their needs. Known for going above and beyond for her clients (even pet sitting when needed!), Judy is there every step of the way, from searching for your home to helping you get settled in after you get the keys. She took a 10-year hiatus from New York to live in Los Angeles, but she couldn't resist coming home to the place she loves.

Judy lives in the city with her husband, plus owns a home in Connecticut. They have three children which includes twin sons. Judy enjoys her family time as well as working out, walking around town, networking, photography, and fostering cats and dogs.

Judy Stepeck at Bond was wonderful to work with. I was looking for an apartment on the UWS, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She is very perceptive, so after looking at a few places, she immediately knew what I liked and what I disliked. After figuring out my preferences, she only showed me spaces she knew I would love. With that said, it was difficult to choose which apartment we liked best after seeing all of the great spaces Judy showed us. She has made some great relationships with owners due to her charming and friendly personality, which is a huge plus for anyone working with her. She also goes out of her way to help her clients. We were knew to the area, so she gave us some great recommendations. After working with her, she kept in touch to see how we were doing. If you are using Bond to find your next place to live, I would definitely recommend Judy!
